Cancellation Policy:
Birchcreek Health and Weight Loss Retreat
is a serious program for weight loss, detox and health and
fitness restoration. We recognize the time and financial commitments
made by our guests. Our enrollment is deliberately limited
to a small number of guests at any one time in order to ensure
maximum personal attention. Our policies are in place to prevent
expensive financial and scheduling burdens.
Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit. The remaining
balance is due upon arrival. There are no refunds or adjustments
made for cancellations, no shows or early departures. If you
have a specific situation you need to discuss, or need to
